This Californian started looking for a revolutionary product which was both new and exciting and something customers would really be interested in. Joico discovered that the human hair 'Keratin protein' was a key structural component that could be used for it reparative qualities. This led to the launch of the first K-pak range and inspired further technological advancement in the Joico range available today.
