Kérastase Resistance Ciment Thermique

Ciment Thermique is a heat-activated product. Once the hair comes into contact with heat, Via-Ciment (which is an ingredient present in all of the Resistance range) strengthens the hair from within the fibre. Topseal provides the outside of the hair shaft with a heat protective armour.
