What happens when you place your order?
For an item ordered from Want the Look: when you click the "Confirm Order" button, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the item has been dispatched to you.
For all other items: we accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
