Want the Look customers can choose between our next day and standard delivery services. Next day delivery is subject to stock availability, and our online checkout will not offer this method if the products are not in stock for this particular service. Standard delivery service is between 1-3 working days following despatch. If you do choose next day delivery and we can't get it to you for any reason the next working day, we will then refund you the difference to our standard delivery charge.
Rapid Despatch & Delivery
Next Day:
Our next day delivery service is with Interlink Express. You should receive your order by 3pm the following day and a signature will be required on receipt of the goods. (Please note that in exceptional circumstances, deliveries will be made up to 5.30pm).
For orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday you will receive your goods by 3pm the next day.
Orders placed on Friday for the next day service will receive goods on Monday by 3pm (except on Bank Holidays).
Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery is with the Royal Mail Tracked service and once despatched will be with you between 1 to 3 working days. A signature is not required and you can specify specific delivery instructions or collect from your local Royal Mail sorting depot.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for delays with standard delivery as they may be out of our immediate control. We will try and keep you informed of any delays to our delivery services. All Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) with a cut off of 3pm for our next day service.
