Economy Delivery: FREE on ALL UK orders!
Economy delivery is with Royal Mail (Packetpost or Tracked) and once dispatched your order will be with you between 5 to 6 working days from dispatch. A signature is not required and you can specify specific delivery instructions or collect from your local Royal Mail sorting depot.
£2.45 for ALL items. Premium delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked and once dispatched your order will be with you between 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. A signature is not required (but may be requested) and you can specify specific delivery instructions or collect from your local Royal Mail sorting depot.
Please note: Orders qualifying for Free Delivery (UK Mainland) will be either sent via Royal Mail Packetpost or Royal Mail Tracked. All Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) with a cut off of 3pm for our next day service.
We cannot be held responsible for delays with economy delivery as they may be out of our immediate control. We will try and keep you informed of any delays to our delivery services.

Unfortunately Royal Mail will not deem a parcel as lost until it has been in the postal system for 15 working days. It is very unlikely for a parcel to take this length of time, but unfortunately we are unable to despatch replacement items until this time has elapsed. This is the case for all orders sent via Royal Mail on our economy and tracked premium services.
Next Day Delivery:
Our Next Day Courier delivery service is withInterlink Express. Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an e-mail indicating a'1 hour' delivery slot the day your order is due to be delivered. This can be changed - simply follow the instructions in the e-mail you will receive. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. (Please note that in exceptional circumstances, deliveries will be made up to 5.30pm).
You can track where your parcel is via the Interlink Website atwww.interlinkexpress.com. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. Alternatively, if you are unable to sign for the goods, the driver will leave a calling card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery time.

Aerosols will only be shipped to Overseas addresses if the order contains 5 or more items otherwise an additional postage charge will be incurred.
