Wantthelook.com wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and hence offers a comprehensive exchange and refund service.

Refunds
If once you receive your product(s) and for any reason are unhappy then you can return them to us for a full refund (minus delivery costs). Our only stipulation is that the item(s) reach us unused, unopened and in saleable condition.
Returns
You can return your products for a full refund (minus postage costs) if they are unopened and in a saleable condition to the address below.
Email us at returns@wantthelook.com and let us know what products you will be returning. Please ensure that the products are packaged safely and securely. Wantthelook.com cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process. We therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when returning products by post.
Once we have received the items, a refund will be actioned within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you have been sent the wrong product or desired size and it is our fault we will be happy to pay for the return postage cost and send you out the correct product at no additional charge. In the first instance, please contact us at returns@wantthelook.com and we will give you instructions with the procedure to return the item(s).
If you have placed an order and subsequently wish to change your original product choice, or accidentally placed an order for the wrong product we will be happy to exchange or refund you for the original product.
Please note: You will be required to pay the return delivery charge and any other subsequent costs incurred.
Goods must be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt at the customer's expense.
Cancelling Your Order
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of placing the order. If you have completed our checkout process and your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order immediately and refund you the full amount.
If we have dispatched your order, you still have the right to cancel.
This must be done in writing to returns@wantthelook.com within 7 working days commencing from when you received your order.
Goods must then be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt at the customer's expense.
Once we have received the original order items we will then refund you in full within 7 working days.
