Who’s Behind the Bottle?
Two friends, John Paul Dejoria and Paul Mitchell, established Paul Mitchell in 1980. Initially the company had to work on a very tight budget. Resources were so limited whilst setting up that they could not even afford to pay the extra for coloured ink; hence the now famous black and white packaging that has become the hallmark of Paul Mitchell products.
