Lawrence Anthony through to the finals of Midlands Hairdresser of the Year

Stylists Charlotte Cole and Melanie Osborne from our partner company, Lawrence Anthony have become one of only six finalists to make it through to the next round of Midlands Hairdresser of the Year in the  British Hairdressing Awards.

Each year hundreds of hairdressers from all over the UK dedicate months of hard work preparing entries for these awards. There are nine regional categories covering the UK, of which Lawrence Anthony falls into the classification of Midlands Hairdresser of the Year. The awards are based on photographic entries that demonstrate the skills and talents of the entrants. All entries are judged independently by a distinguished panel.

Charlotte and Mel’s stunning collection of four photographs was chosen to go through to the finals of the competition for the category of Midlands Hairdresser of the Year. The next few months are going to be very busy for Mel and Charlotte, with the next photo shoot and collection to organise this is an exciting time for both them and the Lawrence Anthony group. 

The British Hairdressing Awards are not unknown to Lawrence Anthony. Owner of the salon group, Lawrence Cole has himself won the award of Midlands Hairdresser of the Year three times and earned himself a place in the British Hairdressing Hall of Fame. Now hopefully his team are following in his footsteps.

The British Hairdressing Awards 2009 is a glittering and start studded event. Presented by the Hairdressers Journal the winners will be announced at a ceremony and dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London on Monday 23^rd November 2009.
