Choose a colour that is going to work well with your eye shadow. Liquid liner should be applied over your eye shadow. Open the liner, make sure that the liquid is spread evenly, and wipe off any excess or clumps. Rest your elbow on a sturdy surface to steady your hand. You can also rest your wrist against your face. Remember not to pull on your eyelid as it will stretch the skin and the line you draw will not follow the curve of the eye line when it is stretched.

How to Apply

Start the line in the centre of your eyelash line on the upper eyelid. Pull the liner along the eye so that you follow the natural curve of your lash line. Use small-connected dashes getting thicker towards the outer corner of the eye. Once you have finished the upper lid, take a good look. Liquid liner is too heavy to use on the lower lid. Liquid liner can be difficult to get right. It’s also difficult to get right on both eyes so practice makes perfect! If you do make a mistake, just clean it all off and start again.
