How do I use Surf Spray?

Spray damp or dry hair with Surf Spray. Comb the product through the hair and then let it dry naturally or dry with a diffuser. To create extra waves, try swirling freshly Surf Sprayed hair into a bun and wait for it to dry. When you release it, you should have perfect wind swept waves.
