How to use:

For a dramatic and sultry look use i-line in Black along the roots of the lashes and blend to create the desired look.  To achieve a more natural look use i-line in Soft Brown.  Dot the liner in between the lashes.  To brighten eyes us i-line in white in the inner and outer corners of the eye.
