How to Apply
Your Eyeliner should be applied after you apply your eye shadow and should compliment the colour of your eye shadow. Make sure your eye pencil is sharp before you use it. Sharpening the pencil will remove any bacteria that may have built up since last time you used it. Rest your elbow on a sturdy surface to steady your hand. Try to use the hand of which you write with. Remember not to pull the skin as it will stretch the skin and when you release it the line will not follow the natural curve of the eyelid.
Start the line in the centre of your upper eyelid using short connecting dashes making the line thicker toward the outer corner of the eye. Only start the line in the inner corner of the lids if your eyes are quite big. Maybe curl the line slightly upwards at the corner of your eyes to give a nice effect.
